Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
 

To complete your return, we require an order number for proof of purchase.
 

Please do not send your purchase back to us prior to contacting us. Please email the lovely ispyrit@gmail.com and we will be sure to help you out.

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any packages lost during return shipping.

Canada:

• Canadian orders must be place on ispyr.com which operates in (CAD) Canadian Dollar currency.
   

United States:

• US orders shipped via "Free ground shipping" is 5-15 business days.
• US orders shipped via "Express shipping" is 1-5 business days.
• Please Note: Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via "Express shipping" which is 1-5 business days and the cost is $30
   

Australia:

• All orders shipped to Australia are shipped via Canada Post "International Tracked Packet" 10-30 business days. The cost is $20
   

New Zealand:

• All orders shipped to New Zealand are shipped via Canada Post "International Tracked Packet" 10-30 business days. The cost is $20
   

Rest Of The World:

• International Tracked Packet 10-30 business days, prices range between $15-$30 depending on your country zone.
