Creating Athletes from the ground up ^

 

This program is designed for youth athletes of all sports aspiring to get faster, stronger, and more explosive whether off-season or in-season. With a maximum of 6 athletes per group, each person will benefit from the individualized attention within this specialized training program.

 

Each session is designed to encourage participation in a variety of exercises not relating to any specific sport. I concentrate primarily on athleticism with some sport specific routines integrated. Small group training also creates a friendly, but competitive environment which helps achieve optimal performance in any and all sport.

 

Individually designed programs which focus on creative fun and promote a positive mindset while simultaneously emphasizing - improving flexibility, coordination, balance, strength, speed, awareness and injury prevention. Creating Athletes first and sport second enables them to be athletic in life and any sport they choose.
